Welcome to the City of Johannesburg's e-Clearance website. The information contained in these pages is exclusively for transferring attorneys and individuals who want to manage and track their clearance certificate process.
If you are a transferring attorney, you will require a municipal account number to start your registration process. if you do not have a municipal account number please download the applicable form and submit this to the City’s Clearance division at the Thuso House Customer Service Centre, 61 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein. (Entrance in Stiemens Street).
If you are an individual you will need to log in with your municipal account number.
